Steve Radloff, MD currently serves as a senior emergency medicine resident at Madigan Army Medical Center at Joint Base Lewis-McCord, Washington. He is a graduate of the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine, Uniformed Services University of the Health Science in Bethesda, Maryland, class of 2020. He recently graduated from the Army Flight Surgeon Course. Prior to medical school, Captain Radloff had a distinguished career as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant. He served as the Senior Medical Sergeant at the Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA), Company, and Battalion levels in the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. In his next assignment to the Special Warfare Medical Group (Airborne), he served as the NCOIC of the Trauma III section of the Special Operations Medical Course (SOCM) and was responsible for curriculum development and implementation of the Tactical Combat Casualty Care, Prolonged Field Care, and Field Training Exercise modules of the course. In his final enlisted duty position, he served as the Chief Instructor and NCOIC of the SOCM Course, where he was responsible for the leadership, education, and certification of over 1000 Special Forces, Ranger, and Civil Affairs Medics as well as SEAL, SWC, SBT, and SARC Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman.
