Learning Objectives:
Be familiarized with pertinent topics in Critical Care and Anesthesia relevant to Emergency Medicine. The early identification and application of critical interventions are imperative for any clinician providing emergent care.
Be confidant in the following areas: Pharmacology, ABG's/Chemistry Panel/CBC Interpretation, Oxygen Therapy and Ventilation, IABP/ECMO, Pediatric and Neonatal Critical Care, Hemodynamic/Intracranial Monitoring, Cardiac Pacing, Fluid Therapy and POCUS Ultrasound.
Have practical experience in advanced airway management techniques and mechanical ventilatory initiation and management. The attendees will have the opportunity to apply hands-on techniques to various respiratory treatment strategies.
