Ava Omidvar, MPH, FP-C

Ava Omidvar is in her final year of medical school at St. George's University School of Medicine. Currently, she sits as the Vice Chair of the AAEM/RSA International Committee. She has combined her Master of Public Health knowledge with over seven years of experience in process improvement and education for medically-focused projects, both at home and abroad, to co-create and develop the Introduction to Critical Care and Anesthesia course. She is a Critical Care/Flight Paramedic with fifteen years of experience in emergency medical services. Her interests include Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics, with a focus on the advocacy for vulnerable populations and medical education.
