I will present approximately 15 articles that are potentially practice changing and/or highly clinically relevant from the prehospital literature focusing on those that affect both prehospital and In-ED care.

Learning Objectives:

  • Know more than 10 new facts or concepts from article published in the second half of 2022 and 2023 that apply to the prehospital and in-ED setting
  • appreciate the Systolic Blood Pressures below 120 in TBI patients may be deleterious and increase morbidity and mortality
  • make an informed decision on the use of TXA in major trauma in the urban setting
